We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase, whatever you choose.
4.1. At Rapunzel, we understand it can sometimes be tricky choosing the perfect set online and we never want our customers to be disappointed. We offer a full 14 Day money back guarantee. Simply send the product back in original condition, within 14 Days and we’ll credit your Credit Card/ PayPal account or bank account the total amount of your order, minus our shipping costs and minus AUD$20 handling fee for returns.
Due to hygiene reasons we only offer refunds/exchanges on hair products that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. To qualify for a refund the set must be returned in unused condition. The Silver Rapunzel seal around the top of the wefts cannot be broken to ensure your return/exchange is not void.
All packaging and free gifts must be returned to receive full money back. If gifts are not returned the retail cost of the gift will be charged. You may keep hold of your gift if you are exchanging.
4.2. Where the customer wishes to exchange a product for whatever reason, for example, incorrect size or colour, and the item is not used, Rapunzel for Hair will exchange the goods as requested, however the customer will bear all additional postage costs. Returned products for exchange must be received back at Rapunzel for Hair (PO Box 226 Karrinyup WA 6921) within of the initial purchase.
4.3. If there are any faults with the product, Rapunzel Hair Extensions will replace the faulty product once the original product is returned. A refund in this case will only be eligible if a replacement product is un-available or if the returned product was not opened.
4.4. Any exchange made may only be made once. Further exchanges will be subject to a service fee of A$20.
We can take no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit and recommend tracking & you may consider insuring the return shipment.
Australian domestic customers, will be refunded the total product amount minus the shipping incurred and a AUD20 handling fee.
Overseas customers will be refunded the full order amount minus the shipping costs & a AUD$20 handling fee.

4.6. All orders are processed relative to current exchange rates from the Australian Dollar. Purchase and refund transactions are subject to change depending on the exchange rate at time of purchase, and at time of refund.
